About Us

I founded Oselix in 2007 in order to pursue opportunities to explore better ways to implement change. Since then I have led and supported business transformation activity for numerous high-profile corporate clients, establishing new business functions and transforming others.

My approach to business process change is highly pragmatic and effective.  Many of the traditional process improvement techniques were developed for engineering and manufacturing, so instead I implement more practical methods suited to the business environment.  Working closely with the business, I deliver practicable solutions that are cost-effective and meet change objectives.

Under the Oselix banner I continue to provide professional services directly to clients as well as supporting other consultancies engaged in change programmes. I work independently, and collaborate with a network of skilled change specialists as required.
